Does Livi Land provide balloon services?We absolutely love when our bounce houses are decorated with balloons, however we do not provide balloons services. If you are adding balloons to our white bounces we ask that the balloons are the following brands to avoid staining. (Ex;TUFTEX, QUALATEX, SEMPERTEX, OR GEMAR BALLOONS)

What should we keep away from the equipment?Glitter Confetti Food Drinks Markers or anything that stains Sand Sharp objects

What are the measurements of the bounce houses?Little Livi: including slide entrance 8ft x 6ft x 6ft Medium Livi: including slide entrance 11ft x 8ft x 8ft Large Livi: 13ft x 13ft

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your event due to weather we will reschedule your event to the next available date that works for both parties. We don’t provide a refund for cancellations, we will reschedule.

Do you charge a travel fee?A travel fee may be added depending on location.

How do I secure my date?At time of booking your deposit with be due with a signed contract to secure your date. It it not secured until the deposit is paid.

How long are rentals?Rentals are 4 hours, additional hours can be added for $50 an hour.

Do you offer payment plans?Our large package is available for payments with 50% due at time of booking with signed contracts and the remainder is due 7 days before your event date. We also offer affirm for all invoices.

Are you insured?Yes we are insured and certified through the state of Ohio. Our equipment is inspected annually by the state to ensure safety.

Does a representative of Livi Land stay at the event?If you would like an attendant to stay one can be provided at an additional cost. However, our staff setup, and then come back after your event is over to tear down. Before we leave we explain all safety precautions for each setup.
